Develop a vibrant brand identity for Marin Health & Human Services (MHHS), the largest department in the County of Marin, with more than 650 employees and 40+ programs and services. The logo would serve as a visual umbrella symbol to represent the variety of departments and programs it directs.
To create an abstract symbol that conveys the mission of providing comprehensive human health, joy, well-being, and safety for the entire community.
Approval of the design required the consensus of a number of departments. Despite this challenge, the logo solution was well received. The campaign included a comprehensive yet flexible graphic standards manual whose purpose was to ensure a consistent corporate look and visual identity across all MHHS services and collateral material.
